Most US startups (likely global as well) have no women on their board. Diversity lags big corporations (and I find it bad there). Iā€™m working on an initiative - codenamed Board++ - to increase the number of women and under-represented minorities taking board seats. This will diversify startup boards immediately and meaningfully diversify the global pool of business board over time. Please reach out if you are interested.
